This sounds like a great idea. It seems like it can be a win-win for situation. Entrepeneurs can settle in the US likely getting better infrastructure and support and a better quality of life. In turn they invest money and intellect into the US helping create jobs for US citizens. Hopefully something can come of this.

I've observed that in the world of today, video games are deineitfly the latest fad with kids of all ages. There are times when it may be unattainable to drag young kids away from the activities. If you want the best of both worlds, there are numerous educational video games for kids. Interesting post.
